Arguments

SupraAdjacencyMatrix

the supra-adajcency matrix
Layers

scalar, number of layers
Nodes

scalar, number of nodes
Method

string
Type

string, "Ordinal" or "Categorical"

Value

A list which element are: the Jensen–Shannon distance, the global quality function, and the relative quality function
